Fibersil baking mats include a 10 year limited product warranty which covers any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user. This warranty does not cover staining, tearing, cutting or overheating. If you have a defective item simply return it to us postage paid. Our address is provided on our contact page. If the item is defective we will replace it and return it at our expense. |
